We are moving the kitchen from the side of the house to the back with an exit door to future deck and window overlooking the park
This is a full house remodel currently in progess. We gutted the house to the studs. All walls, electric, plumbing, insulation, and heating were removed. After leveling the flooring correcting 3″ sways, we changed the layout to move the kitchen to the back of the house changing windows and adding an exit door in the process. This made room to add a 1st floor full bath and laundry. We opened up the cealing by removing the 8′ false cealing to get us back to 9′ 1st floor cealings. After leveling, framing, and replacing some windows we added new plumbing, electric, and hvac to the house. Spray foam, sheetrock, plaster, round 1 of paint. Next up is trim, flooring, bath and kitchen remodeling.
